Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zendeet ("Platform", "Service"), provided by Zendeet Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Use of AI Voice & Communication Services

Users must comply with all applicable telemarketing, call recording, and consent laws (including TCPA and GDPR). You agree not to use Zendeet's AI voice agents or messaging services for illegal, harassing, or deceptive automated communications.

3. Subscription & Billing Terms

Zendeet subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Zendeet Technologies Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in and to the platform. Customers retain all rights, title, and ownership of their uploaded customer contact data, conversation transcripts, and uploaded knowledge base documents.
